1 General Terms & Conditions

• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses must meet specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ৳30,000 in bets on a ৳1,000 bonus.

• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements is specified individually for each bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically count at 100%, while Live Casino games count at 20%.
• The maximum bet amount while a bonus is active is 10% of the bonus value or ৳500, whichever is lower.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation

Bonuses may be cancelled and associated winnings forfeited in the following circumstances:

• If any evidence of a terms violation is found

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Balance During Suspension

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any funds obtained in violation of those terms will be forfeited. If the account is closed at the member's own request, any remaining balance may be withdrawn under the standard process.
